Freeman's Auction House is holding it's 2nd Annual Pennsylvania Sale. Currently on display at The Reading Public Museum is the exhibition "In Nature's Embrace: The World of Harry Bertoia". A resident of Berks County for 28 years, Bertoia produced prints, jewelry, holloware, drawings, paintings, sculpture, as well as his famous chairs for Knoll. The exhibition displays 100 works by Bertoia and explores the organic influences that nature had on his approach to design.
The AIA Philadelphia Associate Committee is inviting the design community to the opening of the latest Window Display Competition hosted by Artimide. The opening is a catered affair to celebrate Ryan Drummond, the winning designer. Ryan's design will be on display until the end of February, and all other presentation board entries will be on display for the opening.
