Late registration:Sat., April 21 through Sun., April 29, 2012.
On-site registration: Mon., April 30 through Sat., May 5, 2012.
All times are midnight EST.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: Refunds may only be issued upon written request. A 50 percent refund is available until April 20, 2012; no refunds after April 20, 2012. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Substitutions: Substitutions may be made before April 27, 2012.

NOTE: A closing party ticket comes with each registration. For additional tickets please contact the IDSA office at 703.707.6000.
