Regular registration: open through Fri.,  March 30, 2012.
Late registration:Sat., March 31 through Sun., April 8, 2012.
On-site registration: Mon., April 9 through Sat., April 14, 2012.
All times are midnight EST.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: Refunds may only be issued upon written request. A 50 percent refund is available until March 30, 2012; no refunds after March 30, 2012. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Substitutions: Substitutions may be made before April 6, 2012.

NOTE: A closing party ticket comes with each registration. For additional tickets please contact the IDSA office at 703.707.6000.
