On-site registration: Mon., April 9 through Sat., April 14, 2012.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: Refunds may only be issued upon written request. A 50 percent refund is available until April 6, 2012; no refunds after April 6, 2012. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Substitutions: Substitutions may be made before April 13, 2012.

NOTE: A closing party ticket comes with each registration. For additional tickets please contact the IDSA office at 703.707.6000.
